Organizing a meeting is simple with roomio: check the availability, number of seats and in-room equipment of the shared spaces, then add a meeting in the calendar, just as usual, because roomio is synchronized with your calendar system.
Finding the meeting room is easy, as all locations are clearly described in the app (including building, floor, etc). Moreover, assignment plans are automatically and immediately transferred to the display
at the rooms' entrance, on electronic signage and interactive panels. Guests and meeting attendees will see the current status and upcoming meetings.
Adjusting logistical details of shared spaces is efficient, based on reports and insights from roomio. The app can offer any type of information regarding usage of the meeting rooms, how office resources are exploited and what are the real needs - all based on data.
